Article 1: Scope of application
The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded via the Internet sites of the DUBAIFRENCHTUITIONS company network.
A "customer" is any individual or legal entity placing an order with DUBAIFRENCHTUITIONS and validating it via our secure payment platform.

Article 1 bis: Age restrictions
Age restrictions apply: DUBAIFRENCHTUITIONS only accepts customers over 16 years of age (for physical and digital products) and over 18 years of age (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars).
We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature and can help anyone, we prefer to address a mature public capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Article 2: Ordering

Article 3 : Prices
All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.
We charge VAT to anyone who buys our products, whether that person is a private individual or a company. French companies will therefore be able to reclaim the VAT on our products (20%) and obtain an appropriate invoice.
On the other hand, companies in the rest of the world will not be able to reclaim VAT.
In fact, we don't issue invoices without VAT for companies in Europe that benefit from intercommunity VAT (our collection system doesn't allow us to do this). Nor is it possible to have this amount refunded after the purchase.
You don't have to bear the costs of processing the order, nor the commissions paid to payment organizations. These are paid by us.
The price of articles may be modified at any time, but the price applied to an order is always the one announced at the time of the order.

Article 4 : Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering, including for pre-ordered products.
You can pay by credit card. Secure online payment by credit card is made via Stripe.
The information transmitted is encrypted by software that complies with the SSL 128bit protocol and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and PayPal, who have a proven track record and handle millions of secure payments every day.

Article 5: Access and delivery
Access to digital products will be via the secure platform on this website (websitefinalurl) and will take the form of a password-protected page. You'll be able to access it at any time and view your training in the cloud, just as you would on Netflix.
Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an e-mail with your login details. We ask you to keep them private so that you can access your current and future orders more easily.

Article 6: Copyright
All elements of the site and products are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

Article 7: Refund conditions

All sales are final and non-refundable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your purchase indicates your understanding that accessing the content is deemed full and complete execution of our contractual agreement, and no refund rights shall be applicable.
